Was Legend Oaks in Summerville, South Carolina built on a burial ground?

I live in legend oaks in summerville, SC. My family and I were the first people to live in this house. We have had some what you could call ''hauntings'' around our house the last month. My mothers closet crashed to the floor and some things that were in it landed near her bed (her closet is far from her bed). My brother and his girlfriend walked in the house and heard some sort of chime but nobody else was there and it was music, nothing else. And my mom claimed she heard the same thing but wasn't sure if it was a dream or is she actually heard it. One night my mom pulled up and one of our hanging plants was spinning clockwise at a fast pace and the other was spinning counterclockwise very very slowly, and there was no wind at all. And the other night my dog went crazy, staring out the glass door barking but there was nothing there and she never barks like that. So my family and I are just very curious as to if our neighborhood is built on a burial ground or war zone of some sort. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.
