Can someone get reimbursement .....................?

can someone get reimbursement from a father for hospital and burial costs for a child(ren) if he was married? before everyone is harsh against me, I didnt know he was married and I got pregnant with twins. Lost one in a medical procedure cause it was in my tube and the other was born premature, lived foe 5 days and he died. I suffered hospital and funeral costs and I paid everything and let things lie in my own responsibility but harassment has started and now I want to file charges, can I?
