How should I deal with stepdaughter who lies alot?

i can understand how she feels because you're not her mother. but, she is not your daughter after all so it doesn't really matter what she turns out to be. but, you can mention this to your husband so that he knows and do something about her lying. you can just pretend to believe that there is medication for lactose intolerance and not care. shes not your daughter after all so don't feel so bad that she doesn't want you.
