Why does my singing voice sound bad?

iv been singing for years since i was about 7 and recently i auditioned for a production of the wizard of oz and i made it but lately iv been able to hit the pitches but they sound really bad. i drink alot of waterand do plenty of vocal warmups. i also practice plenty so i dont know why my voice sounds bad all of a sudden
