My stepdaughter is really into fanfiction and recently I found something disturbing on her computer?

So i'm not really one of those parents that goes around snooping out her kid's room, cell or computer but sometimes kids and push just the right buttons that make you just worried enough to snoop away. My stepdaughter is 13 years old her mother committed suicide about 5 years ago. Last year Sheldon (that's her name) started to exhibit signs of depression so we sat down and talked to her and got her into see a psychologist. Everything ended up fine, she was depressed but talking to someone helped dramatically and life went on, this year she started taking an interest in Anime and dresszing up like a Panda bear (everywhere all the time and making her own customs) she's also into writing "fanfiction" \Last night she had a melt down over not being allowed to wear the Panda costume she made out to dinner with her father and I. When I went in her room to confront her she was writing something on her computer I glanced at the screen and saw the words "penis" and "penetrate" so I decided to go back and look at what she was writing when she was not around. Turns out things just got 1000% weirder when I saw that she has been writing stories about her favorite TV shows and Anime shows that are not only sexually explicit but homosexual. I was floored this coupled with dressing up like a Panda all the time and other anti-social behaviors I'm wondering if I should send her to a "special" camp for girls. What would you do?
