Help on me singing please?

So I love singing. I'm okay at it I guess. People say I am good but, I just need a little vocal training. I don't really have the money for voice lessons. I need help with doing something when I sing. Go about 33 seconds in and the listen to the way she sings finger and the way she sings between us. HOW DOES SHE DO THAT? Please help! And is there like a name for the way she does that?
