Does anyone have any stepchildren they raised?

I have a stepdaughter that i have been raising for the past 4 years now she calls me mommy because im the only mother she really knows! she knows of her biological mom but she isn't in the picture at all any how i do sometime wonder how our relationship is going to be future wise when she gets older is she always going to really look at me as her mother will we grow distant because we are not blood related or what? another thing too is i just had a baby her brother so yea i been in her life for awhile since she was 9mons. so has anyone else raised any step children what was the experience
