Abusive Husband: ME!!!!!!!?

A few months ago, i was abusive to my wife(i did not punch her, slapped her, or kick her) she did not call the cops and gave me second chance. we still live together but do not sleep together, and we are not totally ok, but im trying to win her back, but she can only see the wrongs on me, therefore from time to time we have short arguments, and i say short because her offence is always her telling me shes gonna go to the womens shelter and is gonna press charges for what i did months ago so i back off and walk away, she will get mad at me for saying something when my stepdaughters boyfriend who is 18 and my stepdaughter 16 is at my house on a school night at 10 pm. i know what i did was wrong but i feel threatened and that shes taking advantage of the situation, what can i do? im afraid i will not be able to see my baby 2 yr old baby. thanks
