What are these sounds called?

If you guys have played Zuma Deluxe on PC, you can hear certain vocal sounds like the cannibals or jungle people... whatever they're called. I just want to know what these vocal sounds are called? I'm into music composition and can't find these sounds as I don't know what they are called :(
